Pennsylvania Man Charged With Drunk Driving Had Loaded Weapon In Car

Stafford police recently arrested a Pennsylvania man after a motor vehicle stop and charged him with drunk driving and possession of a loaded handgun, police said.

Patrolman Marc Pavlosky stopped Benjamin Klein, 32, Honey Brook, Pennsylvania for a motor vehicle violation at 12:01 a.m. on June 16 near Mill Creek Road, according to the police report.

Further investigation led to Klein's arrest for driving while intoxicated and possession of a loaded handgun. He was transported to Stafford Police Headquarters where he was processed and released pending a future court appearance, police said.
