Barnegat Township Police Department recently released the following:
-- On March 31st at 1:20am, Ptl. Robert Armstrong arrested John Kardonis, 18, of Barnegat for DWI after stopping Kardonis's vehicle on Route 9 near Hillside Ave for failing to maintain
lane of travel.
Kardonis was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, open container of alcohol, and violation of provisional drivers license.

-- On April 1st at 12:12am, Ptl. Robert Armstrong arrested Juliet Haughland, 40, of Manahawkin for DWI after responding to the area of Route 9 and Memorial Drive to assist an Ocean County Sheriff's Department officer who had stopped Haughland's vehicle for reckless driving and failing to maintain lane.
Haughland was processed and released with summonses for DWI, refusal to submit breath samples, and reckless driving.
