The "bobcat" at the center of a Stafford Township Municipal Court battle may get a reprieve to go home if his owner can erect a special pen to contain him, according to The Asbury Park Press

Ginny Fine, who is Rocky’s owner, is scheduled to appear in municipal court at 1 p.m. Friday on a charge of letting her pet bobcat run at large, according to The Asbury Park Press.
