Rain Causes Pockets Of Flooding On Long Beach Island
Long Beach Boulevard narrowed to one lane in spots
Heavy rain formed pockets of flooding on Long Beach Island Friday, filling some of side streets on the bayside and in other areas.
Flooding could be seen on 28th Street and near the municipal building in Long Beach Island, and there are smaller pockets of flooding on Long Beach Boulevard.
The water appears to be slowing down traffic on the island, narrowing the road to one lane in spots.
