Stafford police recently arrested a Sycamore Road man for violating a restraining order after they found him at the protected residence.
Officers Jacob Conner and Edward Kunder were dispatched to 24A Sycamore Road at 4:51 p.m. on May 9 in reference to a violation of a restraining order.
Stephen A. Serynski, 58, was charged with contempt and disobeying a judicial order. The defendant was processed and released pending a future court appearance.
