A 35-year-old woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated in Manahawkin, police said.
On Jan. 17, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Stafford Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle which was not maintaining its lane of travel. During the stop it was determined that 35-year-old Elise G. Tindall of Little Egg Harbor had been driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
She was subsequently arrested and charged with D.W.I. She was processed at Stafford Police headquarters where she was later released to a friend. She will have a future court appearance pending in the Stafford Municipal Court.
