STAFFORD POLICE REPORT: Woman Arrested for Shoplifting

Other arrests involved outstanding warrants

A 28-year-old Tuckerton woman has been arrested and charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest following an incident on Friday.

Stafford police said that around 4:15 on Oct. 19, they responded to a cal from WalMart Loss Prevention, who allegedly observed Nicole Wood attempting to shoplift merchandise. 

Police said Wood resisted arrest while being taken into custody by Patrolman Robert Mullin. 

The charges are pending an Oct. 26th court date.

Also, police have arrested arrested and processed Diana L. Keyso, 21 of Manahawkin under the strength of an Egg Harbor City Court warrant in the amount of $350, and Karen E. Bryant of Manahawkin on a warrant issued by North Hanover Municipal Court for $164.
