On Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 around 5:00 p.m., Stafford Police responded to a three-car accident on Route 9 and Manor Drive.
Police said that a car driven by Andrew Biddar, 22, of Barnegat, struck the back of a car driven by Teresa Vargas Andrade, 32, of Manahawkin. The accident caused her vehicle to be propelled from the northbound lane of Route 9, travel into the oncoming southbound lane of travel, and strike Michael Seeloff’s vehicle.
Biddar was issued a summons for careless driving. Vargas Andrade was issued a summons for unlicensed driver.
Seeloff complained of neck pain and was transported to Southern Ocean Medical Center and later released. No other injuries were reported at the scene.
