Three Arrested In Stafford Township On Warrants; Two During MV Stops

Three area residents were arrested on outstanding warrants last week in Stafford Township.

On Nov. 8, at approximately 5:39 p.m., Ruben Guzman, 52, of Toms River turned himself in at Stafford Police headquarters and posted full bail for an active $250.00 warrant out of Brick Township. He was processed and released. 

On Nov. 9, at approximately 8:17 a.m., Drew S. Marton, 25, of Petersburgh, N.Y. was arrested after a traffic stop investigation revealed he had an active warrant out of Lacey Township in the value of $500.00. He was processed and released after posting bail. 

On Nov. 11, at approximately 9:57 a.m., Trisha E. Novak, 39, Manahawkin was arrested during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant stemming from Manchester Township Municipal Court in the amount of $303.00 as well as driving while suspended.

Novak was transported to the Stafford Township Municipal Court for processing and was released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
