Stafford and Southern Regional school districts all will have 2-hour delayed openings Wednesday.
In Stafford, school start times are as follows:Intermediate School - 9:55 a.m.
McKinley Avenue - 10 a.m.
Ocean Acres Elementary - 10:50 a.m.
Primary Learning Center - 11 a.m.
Oxycocus Elementary:
Full Day - 11:00AM; Half AM - 11:00AM; Half PM - 1:15AM
