Had dinner there the other night. Service was great and server was extremely attentive to our table. My dinner was delicious and moderately priced. Atmosphere was a little bit noisy but there was a table with a couple kids close by. Overall experience was great and will be sure to dine there again.

I had one of the daily specials being offered. Sesame encrusted scallops, served with an avocado and mango salsa with a spicy bbq suace and deep fried avocado. This dish was amazing. I will be back. One of the best dinners I have had in months. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was really enjoyable.
Had a great Valentine's Day dinner there. The seafood was very fresh, and friendly service.

My wife and I have experienced several good meals at Lefty's, but tonight was our final visit. Even though we usually enjoyed the food and drink, we've just had too many bad incidents happen to us there that don't happen elsewhere, so we're just going to limit ourselves to elsewhere for now on. We understand every meal doesn't come out perfect and various things can and do go wrong, but basic rudeness and/or indifference do take their toll, even on those trying to support local businesses. I didn't complain when the bartender, on a slow night, wasn't interested in serving a customer a coke while taking a take-out dinner order (my 10th or 11th for my wife and I, but final one quite some time ago.) We didn't complain when a waitress continually failed to correct a drink order by finally disappearing completely and we didn't complain this evening when the waitress, when visible, spent most of her time strolling around ignoring everyone with a constant happily blitzed smile on her face. I just paid the bill and left, this time for good. (I can't remember the last time I left a tip for a waitress under 25%.) We may miss this option for a decent local dinner and a couple of cocktails, but I doubt we'll miss the experience anymore. And we had been going to this location since it was Boone’s Carriage House.
