Lisa is a gem! Her store is clean, well organized and pleasant to shop in! She has a "bird free" store for the safety of everyone's birds and doesn't sell birds.

Lisa (the owner) has helped me tremendously with all of my parrot's needs. When my eclectus was sick, she showed me how to set up a hospital cage and gave me lots of great advice. I couldn't have done it without her. She is genuinely concerned about her customers and their fids!! Her customer service is fantastic and she is always so helpful and informative.

The Platinum Parrot is a place you MUST go if you have a bird (or birds like me). They has a wide variety of FRESH food, appropriate toys and other bird supply products. If there is something you need and she doesn't have it, she will get it for you quickly. Lisa, the owner is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about birds. She stays up to date on current information. I have enjoyed the personable service she provides. She truly cares about every one of her clients.
