Hi Deborah. If you get any more info on the Sixth Avenue store closing near Patchogue, NY area ( Suffolk County), and how I can be re-imbursed for a product that was sent back to the store, to be fixed and returned, please contact Carmen Alvarez at ( cholmes26@juno.com ). I still have all my information that was sent in July 2011, before the store was closed. Hopefully I can be re-imbursed some-how. Thanks for your time.
